Damaged repairable

At R17 Fourteen, we care about what we make — and we want every piece that carries our name to last. But sometimes, things don’t go perfectly. If you receive an item that’s damaged, or if one of your pieces becomes faulty over time, we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll assess the issue and request a return. once its back with our damaged repairable department we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on what’s possible at the time.

Repairables

We believe in repairing, not replacing, whenever we can. If your R17 Fourteen piece becomes damaged through normal wear and tear too soon, we’ll review it and — were possible — help you get it repaired at a small cost or guide you to the best possible outcome for both parties.
Our goal is to keep clothing out of the bin and on your back for as long as possible. A restoration department is something we will look to invest in going forward, there will always be unlucky customers that don't have their items long for it to be damaged through bad luck, we will seek to help were we can.
